Privacy policy
This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website, and what does not happen to it.
What we collect
Only what you type into an inquiry form or send us by email or WhatsApp:
- your name and email address
- your company name, country or destination port, if you provide them
- the product and quantity you are asking about, and your message
We do not ask for or store card numbers, bank details or any other payment credentials. This website cannot take payments. Checkout happens on a third-party marketplace store, under that platform's own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- to answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation
- to prepare samples, artwork proofs and shipping documents if you order
- to keep a record of the correspondence for accounting and warranty purposes
We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not use them for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on quotes, and longer only where accounting or tax rules require it.
Who else may see it
- Our email and form provider — inquiry submissions are delivered through a form service or our own mail server, which processes the message in transit.
- Our courier or freight forwarder — only if you place an order, and only the name, address and phone number needed for delivery.
- Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and Google receives your IP address. If you prefer to avoid this, write to us and we will send the catalog by email instead.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics by default. It does use your browser's local storage for one purpose: keeping a copy of an inquiry you submitted, so that your message is not lost if the network fails. That copy stays on your own device and is removed when you clear your browser data.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, and you can object to further contact at any time. Write to the address below and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
